I took a big social break and it felt great. I’m still as Anti-Zuck as I can be but his apps still reign supreme I suppose. I figure posting here is the best way to be part of what changes that. I get that this photo of a stairwell inside a parking garage probably doesn’t fit that narrative but 🤷🏻‍♂️

Is it only me that doesn’t like the whole “bsky.social” at the end of my handle? It’s like creating a free website and having to use the company’s name in your URL. Do they plan on making us upgrade to remove it? That would be very Meta. I hope not. #newtobluesky #bluesky

Not this one. This is in Davenport. Idk where you’re at these days but it is on the way towards Santa Cruz on Highway 1 if you’re coming from our old stomping grounds. It’s literally like right off the road past some railroad tracks lol. Wild.

A rock formation slightly off the California coast called “shark fin Cove“. There are bushes on the floor ground leading you into sand that is on a beach about 100 feet down from where the photograph is taken. There is a couple right near the water edge

This is what my wife gave me for my 40th. I feel it lol.

There is a hand painted sign for the “del Rio” on the window. There is plastic taped up behind the window to disclose what is on the inside. In the reflection of the glass, there is a palm tree contrasted up against the sky.
