Cliff notes: The Trump Administration always lies.

Journalists’ arrests is a diversion from new Epstein file dump. Administration hoping the document dump gets lost in the media’s outrage. Betting on the public and media not having enough bandwidth to understand the depravity of both, which keeps low IQ and low info citizens woefully uninformed.

You can see pretti’s hands under the pile all the way up to where gray jacket guy takes the gun.

Pretti clearly never pulled it out.

Our initial analysis is up.

The video footage appears to show that the gun was taken away from the man before he was shot.

He was UNARMED before any of the shots were fired.

The Republican position now appears to be that you have a constitutional right to openly carry a gun in public, unless you do so while expressing a view that the government dislikes, in which case the secret police can shoot you to death on the spot.

House Judiciary Committee releases on New Years Eve (in an obvious attempt to bury this info) the Jack Smith deposition transcript.

I recommend doing a word search for "proof beyond a reasonable doubt."

And explanation of disenfranchisement of urban areas.

It used to be that the United States would use Voice of America and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty to transmit truth across the borders of repressive regimes.

Now the work of American reporters, having been censored, is being smuggled across the border to reach Americans.

Before this year, the US govt hadn't taken a direct stake in a healthy commercial firm since at least the 1950s. Now, it's taken 14, with more coming.

A Reagan judge. This administration’s corruption and lawlessness is not a partisan issue. It’s a democracy and rule of law issue.

Please give me a Chris Murphy/Jamie Raskin ‘28 ticket. Serious ass people who care about democracy and America. I’d throw Cory Booker and AOC into that mix but for the fact that most of the Trump ‘24 voters are racist as hell and would never vote for a person of color.

If Trump's idiocy reverses the global rightward trend in national elections, it will be the greatest thing he has ever done. By far.

Exactly. If you think you have the proof of the basis for deportation, then present it and win. The lack of due process speaks volumes about the lack of evidence and confidence in the merits.

INCREDIBLE opinion by Wilkinson refusing to stay Judge Xinis's orders in the Abrego Garcia case, condemning DOJ's arguments as "shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear."

I’m watching Top Secret with Val Kilmer for the first time. It came out in 1984. I’m dying. Slap stick comedy is the best.

Can we now deport Elon without due process as a national security threat like we did the brown people with funny tattoos?

Cory Booker is a boss. The symbolism of him breaking a record held by a racist who opposed civil rights at a time when Americans’ civil rights are again under assault is breathtaking.
