Added IP version to JSON and HEAD responses to the primary endpoint:

IMPORTANT:
Today a breaking change was introduced to the HEAD requests for checking your IP address.
The HTTP header "x-request-ip" was renamed to "x-ipapp-ip".
This change was implemented to prevent future conflicts and unify naming conventions for potential future endpoints.
