This is because they don't actually have any plan to address inflation. Their only plan is "liberals suck".

Never said I was hurt by it. I acknowledged rationally that he's being a dick. I am not bothered by him being a dick for I have no strong connection to him one way or another - I am neither a fan nor a hater of his work, I am simply acknowledging that his comment is kinda dickish.

No it's not. Most Democrats don't actually want those either and most of those that do still think it should be handled via the private sector to ensure it is inefficient and enriches billionaire pockets. There are maybe two dozen prominent politicians in the us who genuinely want those things.
