Windows Update Last ticked: 10 hours ago

For a few weeks now, I've been puzzled by the fact that Windows Update is reporting a "Last ticked" time.

I finally realised that it's a mistranslation. In NZ, we would commonly say that a box is ticked rather than checked, but we still "check for updates".

Context matters.
