Peace Garden * Adorable #apple.

Not an adjective I usually apply to apples, but my brain went immediately back to this:

Kind of rhetorical question, to be honest

The answer is no. This is my number one apple.

I have posted a few articles on scientific methods in cider making Science is useful but cider making is an art & tasting through the various stages is required to build up a mental library of your apples and cider flavours when it’s good & also when it’s bad #cider #apples #pears #perry #tasting

I forget in which essay Ursula Le Guin pointed that out: "War and Peace" is a parallel-world story etc.

Ahem Worcester is the second largest city in New England, near lots of great stuff etc. who says it's not up to snuff? 80% of America lives in urban areas, but cities are demonized as hellholes by MAGA.

Kissabel A surprise inside this modern apple.

I thought that for red-flesh novelty, they weren't bad. But my samples were fresher.

Westfield Seek-No-Further returns Seek-no-further has a wonderful delicate flavor that dances a little bit with lychee and a little with toast, but is wholly its own.

The painting does look a bit like Westfield

Likely this is "WESTFIELD Seek-No-Further," but back in that day the use of superlatives like nonpareil, seek-no-further, nonsuch was a commonplace branding.

Not unlike modern usage of [word] + "Crisp" to suggest an improved Honeycrisp etc.
