I think most of these r obvious but: rest, ice/heat, elevation, compression socks, gentle stretches/massages, vitamins, magnesium oil, epsom salt n maybe soft shoe inserts might help! Despite having foot chronic pain I lack advice since I just kinda suffer through mine lmao. Hope it gets better!
