Hey check it out
Kairo (2013) and Naissancee are my go-to "wander vast structures in lonely contemplation" games. Naissancee is free, as well.
Strapped into the room sized contraption, I nod to the lab assistant, motioning for him to proceed. He throws a big lever labeled "BE LONELY FOREVER." The machine surges to life — electricity crackles and I start giggling and kicking my feet as my nude body is blasted by a sickly greenish light.
Ohh, that is probably it, yeah. I guess it's good to rule out that there isn't a deeper issue, at least :\
Also, I'm sorry for giving you the whole spiel... It should have occurred to me that you had maybe already done PT before and most of that is probably stuff you already know lol
I would still recommend going through with it though! If that's what's needed to go to the next step (which should hopefully at some point be a referral to OT). It makes a world of difference, and is essential in training out the bad habits that caused the injury in the first place.
That does seem kind of odd if they haven't done other diagnostic tests yet. I've been through the rigamarole twice and they always start with just X-rays and MRI, saving the nerve stuff for when it persists past therapy. But I think those guidelines might vary by state :\
All of the ergonomic suggestions here are a huge benefit when it comes to prevention and may offer some comfort, but if you've had pain/discomfort for more than a few weeks then there is likely a deeper issue (IE muscular injury or scar tissue build-up) that needs to be addressed.
As a chronic tendinitis/carpal tunnel sufferer myself I truly, truly recommend reaching out to whoever handles your workers comp to schedule an evaluation with a doctor, as you most likely need physical/occupational therapy. In my case, this was the ONLY thing that actually "fixed" the problem.

Lucio Fulci's Conquest (1984) is definitely worth checking out! Foggy, dreamlike vibes - and full of Fulci's signature low-budget gore.
