Oh hai

A bowl of udon noodles with firm tofu, dried wakami, broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, and roasted peanuts in a dashi broth with crushed red pepper flakes and garlic sauce.

This...might be the laziest bowl of noodles I've ever made, um..I'm not used to working with dried udon honestly.

When they didn't expand a lot, I wound up adding more, oh dear. Needed more red pepper flakes, only had firm tofu - I'm being hard on myself...

Still really good though! Ate it all:)
