Write to Stonewall.

• Tell them you supported them in the past.

• Tell them why you won’t be supporting transphobia.

Cut direct debts.

Don’t by the merch.

Tell your direct contacts.

Yeah, funny that.

The "gender critical" movement will not leave this trans woman alone, even though she has had to relocate to Australia over their bullying.

Marking an LGBT+ person out as a "sexual predator" is how bigots have traditionally endangered LGBT+ people.

This tweet is highly defamatory and Martina Navratilova should be fired from BBC Sport for it.

It demonstrates an horrendous level of hatred for a trans woman (who was cleared of all wrongdoing in a recent tribunal) because she is a trans woman.

Yes, people don't understand that "Twitter Rowling" is a fiction, an invention, created by a conservative woman who understood that their main IP sold to LGBT+ people.

I should also say, that even before this appointment, Stonewall have presided over the biggest rollback of gay rights in the UK in all our lifetimes. The Green Party have shown that Stonewall's "throw trans people under the bus to save gay rights" strategy was always a crock of shit.

If they cold call again, explain to them exactly why you won't be donating a penny ever again, and express your fervent hope that within five years the gravy train they've been on comes to an end.

Come on, look up, and see that Keira Bell, the GC movement's primary "detransitoner," has Christian Right legal representation, and is big fan of Far Right icon Tommy Robinson, and yet is being laundered to the UK press and the public as "caring about children." Heard that one before, right?

This is all part of a dismantlement of gay and women's rights in the UK. You can see how the EHRC was stacked with transphobes, and now we can see the same process beginning in Stonewall. Trans rights are small potatoes, they want a repeal of marriage equality and criminalisation of abortion.

I believe she knows well who Rowling, Nicholson and Farrow are, and that she has decided to make Stonewall into an "acceptable gays" organisation. If you're happy being an "acceptable gay," then, fire away and give them as much money as you like, and see how that works out.

Now, I don't believe that Kezia Dugdale, the newly appointed chair, is stupid or uninformed to the point that she doesn't know this stuff. If she has to be made aware of these facts, then she has no business leading an LGBT+ org. The basic competency there should be "know your enemy."

Look up Caroline Farrow, a Catholic activist. Her opposition to gay rights is to extreme that she had a problem with a same-sex penguin couple at a zoo. And, again, you can find Rowling tweeting "Big Love To You XXX" at Caroline Farrow five years ago.

This isn't difficult stuff to grasp. Rowling is best friends with Emma Nicholson, and she started her Lumos charity with her. Look up "Baroness" Emma Nicholson's history on gay rights. She was protested on her own lawn by a lesbian activist group, and is still against marriage equality today.

There will never be an "acceptable gay" or "acceptable trans" movement that works. The Mattachine Society tried that with gay people back in the 1950s, and they failed, because Rowling et al fundamentally disagree with people being LGBT+, no matter what type of LGBT+ they are.

Rowling is an horrendous bigot who 6 years ago wrote an essay where she praised a woman who called trans people "pathetic, sick fucks." Rowling wants an end to all provisions for trans people, and to have them driven from society. Any LGBT+ org that doesn't get that are the enemy.

Praising JK Rowling when asked a question on trans rights is akin to praising Anita Bryant when asked a question gay rights. No money to Stonewall. No Stonewall at Pride. They are already experiencing a funding crisis, and this chairwoman appointment should be their last. Traitors.

Middle-aged, middle-class creatives who bang on about the importance of free speech don't actually want free speech. They want the right to say what they like about minorities without any consequences. They would fully support imprisonment of those who protest their appearances at universities etc.

Yes, the transphobic UK media whitewash these people for public consumption.

Does everyone remember Alex Bramham? The guy who was kicked out of a pride march cos he showed up in an LGB alliance t-shirt?

Transphobes in the press made a big deal about it at the time, about how it showed how intolerant the left is etc...

He's now a branch leader of the fascist NRP

Caitlyn Jenner, a trans woman who supported Trump for years, being left unable to travel internationally or vote due to Trump's anti-trans policies should be a stark warning to any of the anti-trans gay people out there.

The leopards will make a meal of your face too. Just wait.

And if those men decide that they can't be "straight" or celibate, and they go back to living as who they actually are, sure, keep them in the series anyway, and call the series "authentic" and just keep swimming deeper and deeper down into the hatred of the anti-LGBT+ movement. 15/15

4 days ago 23 1 0 0

And then they do everything they can to emphasise "regret" and "harm," like a "born-again" gay man chosing to be celibate or "straight" and then doing 100 portraits of "ex-gay" men, banging on stupidly about cults and harms and how they are much happier now and all that other utter guff. 14/

4 days ago 22 2 1 0

But, of course, it is not about other people's happiness. They don't give a damn about that. What they care about most is their comfort, and, for someone who is struggling with gender, happy trans people are a problem. Ergo, let's say that most aren't happy, and do a portrait series about it...13/

And please don't think I've invented that last position, that was literally the thrust of an Irish Times article in the lead up to the Irish Marriage referendum. "I know a gay priest who is very happy with being celibate" and then implying that celibacy could be a good choice for other gay men 12/

4 days ago 25 1 1 0

Another thing that is also remarkable is the "saviour" complex that comes along with bigotry.

Look around, every hate movement casts themselves as people trying to "save" or "protect" a vulnerable cohort.

"I don't hate gay people, I just think they would be happier if chose to be celibate." 11/

And if they think, "100 subjects, that will be enough to validate me," and then they do no reach 100, they will move the goalposts in their mind so that validation may be achieved anyway. "It was never about the numbers, it was always about the stories" etc. 10/

For some people, it's simply not enough that they make a personal decision for themselves (i.e. to live with their gender dysphoria, and not transition), they deeply need that decision to be validated by others, ergo, desperately seeking subjects to validate it. 9/

4 days ago 34 2 1 0

As with all radicalised people, there is simply no evidence that will ever change their worldview, because their worldview is not created by evidence.

Hers is created by her own issues around gender and her need to validate her choices. 8/
