Meer zelfs, in een veilige schoolomgeving heb je net méér tijd en kans om waardevolle relaties op te bouwen. Als leraar bezuinig je immers net op de fijne dingen als het niet goed gaat in de klas. Er zijn geen shortcuts naar succes. Veel wijsheid in het DS-artikel: @thebandb.bsky.social

Dat klinkt makkelijk, maar is het ook zo? “Leerlingen vergeten soms dat onderwijs een teamsport is, geen individuele sport.”

Een goed klasmanagement is teamwerk, geen louter individuele herculeaanse opdracht. Gewenst gedrag is ook een curriculum: je moet het duidelijk maken, aanleren en inoefenen. Is dat dictatoriaal? Welnee, warm en strikt spreekt elkaar niet tegen. www.standaard.be/cnt/dmf20250...
