🍩All my life’s aspirations and dreams were fulfilled when I was asked to make a leather collar for a pup named Donut! I think each and every piece I make is going to have to have a hidden donut in it from now on. I’m certainly itching to make some donut earrings and a camera strap too!

we e-mailed Etsy and then sent new requests through that same email thread asking for help. They never responded but we were told that it would help move up our help request. No idea if it did but just in case I wanted to share. The main thing I was told was not to open new email threads as it might
I was genuinely afraid we would be lost in a limbo similar to the ocean of messages that kept pouring in over the past two days. If you are reading this and you are in the same situation, I am so sorry. I hope your shop comes online as quickly as possible. We did do one thing that was recommended -
feel absolutely awful for all those who are still locked out. There are so many messages from people who haven’t had access to their shops for MONTHS. People who have had the proceeds of their sales held for months. These are stories from those who said they were asked to provide the same info as us

🎉🥳YOU GUYS!!! I woke up to a message from Etsy saying we are back online!!!! They have apparently stripped us of our Star Seller badges and we’ll see how our search placement ranks now but we’re open again none the less! It took a full 10 minutes to get my heart to stop racing and Djerek absolutely

on our smaller Shopify shop, just message me and we’ll make it happen! We are still open even though Etsy put up a message on our behalf saying we aren’t open to new orders! How dare they. We are OPEN. This shop is the only income for my husband and myself.
But the traffic Etsy’s marketplace drives to our Etsy shop is 95% of our sales. I have struggled to get any traction on IG and other social media as I’ve wished I could pull away from Etsy for years. Please know, while we are down over on Etsy, our Shopify is open. If what you see on our IG isn’t
they decide to give us back our shop. Our licenses were correct and up to date before they required us to re-upload them. To answer a question that many people have asked and suggested here on IG and Threads - we do have a Shopify shop as well and have for years.
We are now over 24 hours of having our Etsy shop closed by @Etsy. With no warning they demanded we re-upload our drivers licenses and immediately forced our shop into vacation mode. This pulls us from all searches on Etsy and Google and makes it so all our 700+ handmade items are unavailable until
them directly. Our Etsy shop is 100% of the income for our family. This is frightening. If you are wanting to make a purchase, please contact us directly through our IG messages or our email contact through mesadreams(dot)com. Etsy sellers, has this happened to anyone else?
our shop is offline. They even put up an away notice for me that I did not write. My heart is racing. Djerek immediately re-uploaded our ID info and trust me, he keeps these things up to date always. I feel like it must be a mistake or glitch in their system but there is no way to get in touch with
No issues with our account or customers ever. They sent no warning emails that we needed to update anything, just this out of the blue email that closed our shop. We double checked to make sure the email wasn’t a fraud but when I logged into our Etsy dashboard the notice was there big as life and
They went on to say that the payments from sales we have made are being held until the info is verified and that if they can’t verify our IDs within a few days, those sales will be cancelled and refunded. I am in shock. We have had Mesa Dreams on Etsy for 14 years now.
This is a full time Etsy shop’s worst nightmare. We got an email from Etsy today saying we needed to re-upload our driver’s license info and that until it was verified they were putting our shop on VACATION MODE which effectively closes our entire shop.
