Das hat nichts speziell mit Russland zu tun. Das ist das was Staaten laut UN Charta von einander Erwarten, auch Russland hat das unterschrieben. Es gibt keinen legitimen Krieg außer echte Verteidigung im eigenen Land und von der UN sanktionierte Kriege.

Als wäre wir Russlandfeinde. Wir wollen doch nur, dass Russland keine Verbrechen begeht. Das heißt nicht die Definition von Verbrechen ändern oder darum zu streiten, sondern keine Verbrechen zu begehen, Wiedergutmachung zu leisten, aufrichtig um Vergebung bei Opfern und Hinterbliebenen zu bitten.

Es fehlen noch die Drohnen, die ein sehr guter Schütze mit 33% Wahrscheinlichkeit (das rate ich einfach mal, die Wahrscheinlichkeit liegt vielleicht sogar niedriger) abschießen kann, drei bis vier davon und die Überlebenswahrscheinlichkeit entspricht dem eines Drohnentreffers, verwundet bis tot.

Also ich denke, dass die meisten übersehen, dass man durchaus bereit ist mit Russland zu reden und auch irgendwann zu handeln, natürlich mit Erinnerung daran, wie Putin Energie zur Erpressung genutzt hat, aber dafür muss Russland einiges tun. Kann sein, dass eher die Hölle gefriert.

The blockade is not pre-emptive. The war is. The blockade is a continuation of that war an action in this war. As the war is a an attack, and thus illegal by the UN Charta and other treaties, as there is allowed pre-emptive defense, this is also part of an illegal war.

The war itself is an attack. Russia's war does not become legal because it is 4 years old. Germany's invasion of Europe did not become legal because it lasted. Every action in these wars that are illegal are illegal because they are a continuation of that illegal war.

Someone claims a pre-emptive blockade of ports is legal under international law. But as far as I can tell, the UN Charter doesn’t allow that - and I’m not aware of any other framework that would. So legal is the wrong term. It is illegal. It may be deservered none the less, but please, not legal.
