Who does this benefit? Billion dollar insurance companies & executives. Who does this harm? The American people. I don’t know why anyone would vote for this again. Last time, Many people fought back and we won but I’m not sure we will be able to win this time.
This is a reminder that during Trump's presidency, he pushed to gut the ACA which provides protections that stop insurance companies from denying care based on preexisting conditions & reaching maximums. The ACA also provides essential healthcare benefits not provided before.
I never understood the hate I got when I was fighting to protect the coverage of healthcare for millions. Why would people be for billions in profit for insurance companies instead of people receiving healthcare coverage without going bankrupt or dying because of coverage denials?
