My friend critiqued my messages to potential housing opportunities because I was using periods and no smiley faces. Dunno that I got my current apartment because of the alteration, but I appreciate knowing I’m not the only one that finds that behavior excessive

I feel like the sample sizes are pretty small here. Would be curious to have better data that wasn’t a survey of folx who happened to see/submit their budgets/revenue
