I mean. They’d be innocent even if they WERE related, because that’s not how guilt works.

right. this exactly.
your constituents are like, "we need to water the tree of liberty" and your response is, "how about middle class tax cuts and I chastise the left?"
like, I think there's a disconnect there.
When they received the call to respond to an Israeli airstrike in the city of Mayfadoun, in southern Lebanon, most of the paramedics held back, having previously seen colleagues killed by double-tap attacks targeting rescuers. But the medics from the Islamic Health Association (IHA) rushed to the scene. By the time the other emergency workers arrived at the site, they found the IHA medics had indeed been caught in a second strike. They started evacuating their wounded colleagues, only for their ambulances to be hit in two further attacks. One of the paramedics covered his ears and screamed, convulsing in pain as shrapnel shattered the back window of the ambulance. The rescue mission on Wednesday afternoon had turned into a nightmare as Israel carried out three consecutive strikes on three sets of ambulances and medical workers.
Israel performed a literal quadruple tap attack in Lebanon to massacre three separate sets of medics.
Truly pushing the bounds of human depravity.

“Phelan regularly chats with Trump at his Mar-a-Lago club, just down the street from his own Florida home…”
Imperial court jealousies.🙄
This reveals something fundamental.
RFK doesn’t grasp he’s the medical establishment now.
It’s not his job to judge who caused this epidemic (though we all know who).
It’s his job to stop it.
He’s failing.
Yes, *huge* scandal—at least, in any other administration. This one holding either Rubio or Loomer accountable seems unlikely.
The reporting work here is really commendable. It stands out as the kind of reporting that is rare: digging, researching, cross-referencing. Not just he said, she said.
Nothing to worry about, just the Heritage Foundation publishing an article on how the Republican Congress can refuse to seat Democrats www.heritage.org/election-int...
Scott Stedman: Steve Witkoff's son Zach, who is a co-founder of the Trump family’s World Liberty Financial, was arrested after a New Year's Eve 2022 fight outside a Miami nightclub. When police searched his pockets, they found cocaine. Witkoff was charged and booked but never prosecuted.
And replaced with a guy who genuinely believes that witches control a lot of California.

Good god the kicker:
This is what the budget of a police state looks like
I firmly believe presidents & people with control over medical agencies should understand percentages!
If *you* don’t, no judgment; I will explain in the next couple posts how they work. The short version is that Senator Warren is correct in the clip, and there’s NO interpretation in which RFKJr is
PabloReports: What do you make of Stephen Miller and Tom Homan asking for all this money but then refusing to show up to the hearing today?
Frost: That’s what happens when you have a lapdog as speaker.
Yep.
That’s one of the reasons Trump is so hesitant to resume the war, aside from the crippling unpopularity.
Iran has had two weeks to prepare, and the assessment is that Israel and the Gulf States would likely be facing large retaliatory salvos.
(FT) - Lufthansa has cancelled 20,000 flights between May and October to save fuel, one of the largest cuts by global airlines as jet fuel prices double following the Iran war.

So now Pete Hegseth has fired the Secretary of the Navy and the Chief of Staff of the Army, both in the middle of a war, both with no public or known explanation? Seems fine.
I shall be pedantic and note that technically *Trump* fired both, as they are presidential appointees confirmed by the Senate. (Of course, he fired them upon Hegseth's recommendation.)
Even the rightwing Washington Examiner
Its interesting that regular people can be charged for "standing by" during a shooting, but cops can't (thinking of Uvalde)

Great.
Relationship with Jeffrey Epstein i Passenger manifests released as part of the Epstein files indicate that Phelan flew twice on the plane of Jeffrey Epstein several months before Epstein's first arrest on sex charges!17!. The first flight took place on February 27, 2006, from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport to London Luton Airport. 18] The manifest for the second flight, from London to New York on March 3, 2006, indicates that Phelan flew with 12 other passengers, including Epstein, modeling agent and Epstein associate Jean-Luc Brunel, and six people whose names are redacted on the version of the manifest released in October 2025 by the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. Just back from Geneva, where everyone and their two kids commute to school and work on an ebike. Bike lanes galore with no one parked in them.
Trump always appoints questionable people.
Former Secretary of the Navy John Phelan never served in the military but did fly at least twice in Epstein's plane.
His successor, Hung Cao, claims to have been “blown up” in combat. But there is no Purple Heart or other evidence to support such claim.
Hard to imagine why you fire a Navy secretary during a naval war unless he was refusing to be a yes man. He needs to be subpoenaed immediately. Scary stuff.
You know the FBI is off the rails if even lawyers in Trump's DOJ had to warn them that their retaliatory investigation lacked legal merit.
Patel’s job is to fight actual crime, not to chug beers in locker rooms, file SLAPP suits against the press or baselessly investigate journalists.

I'm not even convinced she was a sugar baby per se. They met on Hinge and he spent a lot of money on her and didn't give him the sex he thought he was entitled to.
