I tried to watch later after I got out of college - one last time to see if they would let Lily and Holden be together on As the World Turns. Dang! Of course not! I remember watching Meg Ryan on ATWT before she made movies. When she left, the girl that replaced her is still “the new Betsey” to me 😂

That creepy creeper. It tries to trick you so you won’t touch it and let it be. It also puts down five little sticky foot pads to help it cling to whatever it’s climbing… the fence, the steps, the side of the house… 🤦‍♀️

My mom let me stay home one day in fourth grade to watch the last episode of Capitol. It was one of my favorites. Ended with a cliffhanger! I guess in hopes another network would pick them up? I’m still traumatized by the ending, and still cherish the memory of me and mom watching.

Yes! We all watched soaps back in the day… didn’t we? I remember my grandmother watching. Then my mom watched a couple. I had several I watched growing up and into college.

I always liked Barbies and those kind of dolls best. (Charlie’s Angels dolls, Donnie & Marie, Tanile) But one of my parents’ older friends got me a little doll and crocheted her a whole wardrobe one year for Christmas. Loved her! Still have her and her clothes.❤️

The one beside her in the bride dress looks like “Melinda”, one of my favorite Barbie alternatives with a jointed body. Her boy doll, “Michael”, quickly sustained an injury and lost part of a leg. They were “Luke and Laura” in my mind.

Hmm… I don’t know… she looks like one of the random dolls in the “toy bag” that was at my grandmother’s house. You were really bored when you pulled those out. She had random cars and trucks that were missing parts in that same bag. 🤣

Aww ❤️ I had a couple of Raggedy Anns and dressed as her a couple of years at Halloween. The dolls on each side of her look familiar too. Hugs to all the creepy dolls from our childhoods
