So went for another run today. Was a bit rough but pushed past the thoughts of quitting and doing it another day. Was surprised that I almost ran 1 mile in 12 minutes or less, did it in 12:03 minutes. Really happy that I stuck with it and kept on going, a bit sore now but worth it. Have a great day.
