Yes. There’s always room for online bike shopping!

I tasted durian for the first time today. It was okay, but an interesting experience overall. I do believe that whomever named it “the king of all fruits” was probably saying more about kings than about durians though.

They also shut down the e-bike chop shop on dcr land! The stars must have aligned!

I feel you. Choosing to be bike-centric is so much simpler when it’s a choice for one. Trying to show my kid that biking is the right thing but not the safest thing is such a fraught process.

As a software Eng, I can appreciate bluesky mistakenly (?) putting their storybook library into their production build.

Is the ua big enough to fit grownups? I’ve converted a few to #cargolife by letting them ride up front!

Woah! How do your brakes keep up with 42 mph? You are cruising!

Yesterday I rode my bike

I brought the wrong laptop

The best thing about bluesky is that writing skeets feels like willing a community into being some times. Or at least leaving notes for future readers to stumble upon.

Ha! Here’s some background. It’s a ground vibe that is trying to take over my yard. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glechoma_hederacea

I love my bullitt. Urban arrows are really nice, but they don’t feel sporty at all. The bullitt feels more like a bike to me. R&M is super nice as well but we’ll out of my price range.

What state?! I’m always looking for ways to get people on bikes!

A front loader cargo bike like a bullitt or urban arrow can replace a surprising amount of short drives. Even when moving heavy things. I hope you have some decent bike infrastructure.

Larry vs Harry Bullitt Hill Hauler, Back-to-Front Part 3 In this installment we’ll spend all of our time looking at the battery box and the separate controller/charger box that are both hiding under the cargo floor.

This guy has an awd bullitt and he seems to like it. He’s also documenting a new build currently. I don’t know if the new one is awd though. talesontwowheels.com/2023/06/01/larry-vs-harr...

Ok. It’s kind of weird to start anew again with no one to follow :) Who should I follow for cargo bikes / bike lanes / robots / software development content? I’m open to suggestions!

@thewaroncars.bsky.social just joined. Give them a follow!
