For me (not diagnosed) it still feels impossible to keep up with consistent making any art, and when I tried to keep it up - I burned out and avoided drawing anything for a few years until ~2024-2025 I think, I returned to it, but without pressure and It's great that way.

I can say how I "fixed" that problem.

Just install Open Shell (changes start menu design even into aero) and as far as I remember there's option to use legacy searching catalogs, files etc. or it does that on default.

Either way, makes searching less annoying to deal with default 10/11 windows one
