The main reason I'm not sure about Trigger specifically is aesthetic. Galia being able to regenerate her eyes would make sense enough on its own as long as she can get a hold of some blood, so while the blindfold trick would be fun, I'm not sure how necessary it would be.

That being said; my ideas for Galia were not only unimpeded but entirely validated by certain factors

i'll probably have to digest it more fully later but it's just like. ugh. it's very rare i have an actual appreciation for endings like these, but it followed the setup from the rest of the whole way through.
