i have this feeling im gonna get a sort of attack. panic, anxiety or heart attack. because it keeps beating so fast. i should nap but i still have some last minute suggestions to fix from my prof lmao
ever had to rush to revise your thesis after a full day of no sleep and some sleepless nights beforehand and then being unable to sleep the day before your actual appointed mock defense. no? well I'm about to experience it!

A page of various black-and-white drawings of Briar, a fat, butch woman with short choppy hair. In one drawing, Briar sits underneath a tree, leaves scattered at her feet. In another, she pulls at a chain with significant effort. There are also several close-ups of her face.

digital doodles of humanoid busts of OCs Orbit and Ruvina, who have indistinct facial features apart from one eye each, and inhuman, almost flame-like hair. Orbit , on the left, has shorter hair that "spikes" upwards while his sister has an almost cloud-like consistency while the edges maintain some of the same flame. Orbit also has a few markings on his face and neck. It is unclear if Ruvina has one at all. end id.

A chibi-style head of Akku. He has short, brown fluffy-spiky hair and large fox-ears with cream-colored inner tufts, half purple, half gold eyes on the top and bottom halves respectively. end id.
A chibi-style head of Mela. For hair, she has six large red leaves, three each tied up, and the rest as "bangs" of sorts, and green vines as the rest, with braided vines for her sideburns. end id.
A chibi-style head of Hiraya. He has mid length brown hair with a sort of spruce-green highlight at the tips of it, as well as an identical sets of branch-like horns. end id.

Artyr is in the middle of a laugh while his arms are around Ramon as the latter kisses his cheek. below is a description of the characters. Artyr is a tall man with pale skin, long white hair partially tied into a bun while the rest is free. He has two lower canine teeth (tusk-like), red glasses and elf-like pointy ears. 1. LIFT OFF!
Marking a historic return to deep space, NASA’s first crewed lunar mission in over five decades launched from Florida's Kennedy Space Center on April 1

Image Credit: NASA Image Description: (April 6, 2026) – Earthset captured through the Orion spacecraft window at 6:41 p.m. EDT, April 6, 2026, during the Artemis II crew’s flyby of the Moon. A muted blue Earth with bright white clouds sets behind the cratered lunar surface. The dark portion of Earth is experiencing nighttime. On Earth’s day side, swirling clouds are visible over the Australia and Oceania region. In the foreground, Ohm crater has terraced edges and a flat floor interrupted by central peaks—formed when the surface rebounded upward during the impact that created the crater. Image Credit: NASA Image Description: (April 6, 2026) - The Moon, seen here backlit by the Sun during a solar eclipse on April 6, 2026, is photographed by one of the cameras on the Orion spacecraft’s solar array wings. Orion is visible in the foreground on the left. Earth is reflecting sunlight at the left edge of the Moon, which is slightly brighter than the rest of the disk. The bright spot visible just below the Moon’s bottom right edge is Saturn. Beyond that, the bright spot at the right edge of the image is Mars. Image Description Credit: NASA
3. Breaking a half-century record, the Orion crew traveled further into space than any humans in history, surpassing the previous milestone established by Apollo 13 in 1970.

Image Credit: NASA Image Description: (April 6, 2026) – The Artemis II crew captures a portion of the Moon coming into view along the terminator – the boundary between lunar day and night – where low-angle sunlight casts long, dramatic shadows across the surface. This grazing light accentuates the Moon’s rugged topography, revealing craters, ridges, and basin structures in striking detail. Features along the terminator such as Jule Crater, Birkhoff Crater, Stebbins Crater, and surrounding highlands stand out. From this perspective, the interplay of light and shadow highlights the complexity of the lunar surface in ways not visible under full illumination. The image was captured about three hours into the crew’s lunar observation period, as they flew around the far side of the Moon on the sixth day of the mission. Image Description Credit: NASA
4. NASA’s debut images from the lunar flyby are nothing short of breathtaking, offering an ethereal glimpse of the Moon’s surface

#Artemis II - As the crew prepares for splashdown, the physics of their return are staggering.
Upon hitting Earth's atmosphere, the spacecraft will be screaming along at speeds reaching 23,839 mph (38,365 kph).

much has been said about the "old man" trope and the warped perception of age in tales rpgs but being in your thirties and acting like a senior citizen around 16-year-olds goes crazy sometimes

“Two years ago today: Millions saw a total solar eclipse across America.
Two days ago: Just four people saw a total solar eclipse from Orion.
Would you rather see an eclipse from space or, in the words of Artemis Astronaut Victor Glover, from this "spaceship called Earth"?”
