Philippa Islington-Smythe - aka my cat Roscoe - hanging out on her favourite armchair, but mentally trapped in a reverie about the summer of 1995.
THREAD. In her exclusive interview in today's Daily Telegraph Magazine, the actor, influencer and designer Philippa Islington-Smythe (pictured) discusses the price of fame, her controversial new perfume, working with Margot Robbie and how becoming a parent changed her perspective on the world...

A viral dog rescue from 2016 is now immortalized with a statue in Kazakhstan. When a dog fell into the Sayran reservoir, bystanders formed a human chain to pull him to safety. The statue is a reminder of the value of unity, solidarity and collective action. 14/10 for all

Quietly livid. My school's careers officer never once suggested that 'Swedish Pop Provocateur' was a job opportunity.

His last day with us - he goes to his forever home later. For such a small chap, he turned out to have a mighty personality ❤️

Foster house guest #70! Meet Luigi. Horrible back story, and I think he will be with us a while, but he’s had a good long sleep, discovered roast chicken (paws up to that) and is getting used to the quiet.

It’s so selfish! I did manage to shame one man into moving, although it involved me running after him (my Dad was mortified but I was so cross!)

See also parking next to dropped kerbs - used to drive me crazy when trying to get my Dad around in his wheelchair.

The email was a scam - very common now. It’s purporting to be the Elsevier journal but takes you to an imitator site to take your cash.

And they’ve gone to their new home. All very quiet and tidy around here now - feel a bit lost! Short break before foster pup #70, whoever that might be ❤️

Wish us luck - the foster Twits have their first meeting with potential adopters this morning! After months with us it will be strange when they’ve gone, but they’ve come so far and I’m proud of them. (Image of two foster dogs being ruthlessly put through their behaviour training 😂)

Foster pups, Frankie and Millie, are really settled in and their personalities are shining through. Frankie (left) won’t learn that Millie will always get him into trouble and be nowhere to be seen when he’s found out 😂
