Thanks to Rep. Brad Sherman for his spirited defense of the Corporate Transparency Act at today's HFSC markup, and for shouting out FACT's role in advancing this critical law.

As Rep Sherman says, H.R. 425's repeal of the CTA would be a gift to scammers and fraudsters.

His recommendations are centered on France and Europe, but no less applicable in the US.
