Feels important to uplift Rep Pressley's leadership. She puts in a lot of work on issues that others often don't see as a priority. I've appreciated her anti-criminalization work over the years. She's a worker.

It says a lot about the lawlessness of policing in this country that even in a city where the mayor, etc would want to stop this kind of behavior, they can't do it or can't do it without incurring significant turmoil that may derail other goals (or idk, end up with their family arrested).

The officers were quickly placed on modified duty, and an investigation is underway—it should be full, fair, and swift.
