Still here, just slowing down on my posting for a bit.

I have been reading some books about or involving the Norse and Greek pantheons. I am not sure how it seemed at there period, but their lack of empathy or self awareness is appalling in these books.

I hope you are all doing well and have eaten something delicious lately. For me it was some twin mushroom beef and spicy garlic eggplant from a neighborhood restaurant. Sorry, I was enjoying it too much to remember to photograph.

I just finished making my first batch of homemade yellow mustard. Hope this is good enough to replace the store bought stuff in plastic containers.

Maybe I’m just getting old, or it’s the minimalist outlook, but I felt happy in my finishing the last of the container of loose leaf tea.

Seven magic mountains, large stacked and painted rocks with site seers

I heard Seven Magic Mountains is being taken down. I was glad I got to see it this past December when I visited Nevada.

I’m at the point where I’ve downsized quite a lot. I haven’t gone bare minimum. I plan to use up things before I buy a replacement. I probably can’t buy a new backpack for 20 years based on this plan & I love backpacks.

Do you think that you could convert from coffee to only tea? It something I have been thinking about since I have read coffee could become scarce.

I drink my coffee iced without anything else. I know it’s not for everyone, but I got called a psycho for it once. Ouch!
