Yes we have heard the argument that these private companies using illegal 53’ trailers making deliveries to USPS are exempt from state law, but they are not.

Southeast Queens residents say truckers use their neighborhood as a parking lot A dead cat, a half jug of what appeared to be urine and piles of garbage lined the street when a reporter visited this week.

How does tractor trailer parking become such a systemic issue? Lack of enforcement and lack of accountability.
