I meant to share this yesterday but got busy. This is one of the few dark romances that I ended up enjoying! I am really excited for the sequel in July!
Have you read Huntsman by Naima Simone?

My favorite is Charmed and, well, there’s witches in both 🙌🏻🤣
Book stack on top of bookshelf. From top to bottom: Scythe, Thunderhead, The Toll, and Gleanings, all by Neal Shusterman
This series is truly a favorite of mine. I cannot WAIT for the prequel coming at the end of the year.
#ReadathinFeb26 Everyone Should Read
Yall. I don’t know what it was but this book sucked me RIGHT in.
I’m genuinely looking forward to getting back to it after the kids are in bed.
Have you read this? What other omegaverse books should I read?
(Also peep the blanket I’m working on 👀)
#ReadathinFeb26 Queer Books
Now this series DOES have romantic relationships, but I feel like the friendships are so much more important to this story. I love this series so much and this was a great excuse to share it again.
#ReadathinFeb26 Non-Romantic Relationships
I’ve been wanting to read this book since I was told a couple years ago that I’d have a great time with it. It’s on this month’s hopefuls so here’s to hoping this is the month!
What books have you put on many tbrs and just haven’t picked up?
#ReadathinFeb26 Yearly Challenges
Cannot wait for the final season… and to scream about it with you 👀
I cannot wait to read that one. I need to write it down somewhere to get to sooner rather than later 🙌🏻
Trying some tags too, I guess

(Forgot to mention, but look at my current crochet WIP! It’s a shell blanket for my youngest kiddo 🩵)
Trying to post on multiple things 😅 But I just finished Second Chances in New Port Stephen by TJ Alexander and I have a great time! I’m looking forward to reading more from this author for sure.
Quick summary:
A trans man returns to his hometown post-transition and runs into his high school ex 👀
A white hand holds a physical copy of Castle Swimmer volume 2 in front of a blooming pink rhododendron bush.
Speaking of stories that changed me as a person, may I present Castle Swimmer? This series got me into webtoons and holds such a special place in my heart. I can’t wait for the final season but will also be so sad to say bye to these characters. 🥲 Congrats on Volume 2 @wendylianmartin.bsky.social 🥳🐟
And now I’m going to do the same tonight because I’m easily pressured to catch up 👀
It’s release day for HEAD OVER HEELS IN LOVE🎉 grab it if you love books with:

Spicy Aerial Straps scene

Finished The Girl From the Other Side Vol 2 & 3. 2 was a bit slow for me, but 3 really picked up and caught my interest more.
Rolled again and got 10. So going to read Royal Second Chance Summer by Viv Royce
Rolled again for physical reading and got 5 again. Got purple this time around.
Going with The Girl From the Other Side Vol 3 (which means I have to read Vol 2 first)
Update:
Got 11 so read I Hear the Sunspot Four Seasons Vol 1
Then got a 5 and wheel gave me indigo. I decided to go with This Wicked Fate by Kalynn Bayron for my audiobook since I finished my last audiobook read.

May Hopefuls
Here’s my hopefuls for my Phase 10 TBR Game. The way I play is that I have required prompts and then bonus ones. Bonus ones give me rewards added to the board. I didn’t really share the rewards and punishments here, but I’m still trying to figure out how I want to share these. #booksky
Roll three is 9, so have to read the book returning the soonest which is Mismatched by Anne Camlin. Which I’ll hopefully read really quick and get to the next roll before I go to bed 👀
So I already did 2 rolls and about to do the third but wanted to update here. I’m listening to A Court of Silver Flames still so currently only rolling for physical reading.
First got 2 so read Maid-Sama Vol 1. Then I got 6 so read Turns Out My Online Friend is My Real-Life Boss Vol 2.
The amount of time I just spent sorting through a bunch of yarn my grandma's friend gave me is astonishing. But I have two sizes of yarn that I have enough of that I can do *something* with them. One I plan to try the 6-day star blanket. The other.... undecided. It's thinner than I usually work... 😅
I made a reading guide for May! All the prompts are based on Wicked lyrics because I’m obsessed with it. But you can get more info in my Discord in the channel for Manda’s Chaotic Readathons. It’s not a readathon, but it’s meant to guide your reading throughout the month to choose what to read next!
My two month old refuses to let me lay her down 😅 So time to get computer work done that I’ve been putting off. Mark off more on this to do list before going to bed 🫡
Cover for accidentally dating the enemy by Mariah Ankenman with Trope tags
It’s here! The Cover for my Harlequin Romance debut: ACCIDENTALLY DATING THE ENEMY. I am so excited for you all to meet Nora and Zane this summer. A special shout out to my amazing sister for answering all my questions about celiac🥰

Manda holding a mug of hot cocoa with whipped cream over a crochet blanket. Death Note laying on top of the blanket next to the hot cocoa.
I keep forgetting to prioritize this app over… everything else. Hoping to share a lot more here. I worked on this blanket yesterday and got 12 rows done… just to frog it this morning when I realized I added an extra row at the end of the last section. So going again trying to finish it 😅
