Oh, to impress a dragon...!

I also give the Dragonriders of Pern credit for starting my artistic journey as a young teen. My stepfather had the entire collection (up to the masterharper) stored away in water damaged boxes. I remember having to carefully peel each page on some of those books... haha

Character Flaws... Anger.
She can't handle it when she has to bear the consequences of failure due to forces outside of her control. Especially when she tries so hard to do things correctly.

Oh for sure about the toes and squishing. That could add a lot of character to a walk cycle. This is all pretty rough for now though- i'm mainly trying to figure out how all the larger systems line up, like posture, leg positions through out the gait, angles of the bones, etc

Got any wisdom you might be able to share?

I love digitigrade legs, but damn is it difficult to capture the nuance of different walking cadences.
