Sorry, to hear that. But worth to reflect on it what went wrong between your understanding of problem to be solved and job to be done. Context matters… and evolves. We have to be aware that our feedback cycles are in place and we’re not falling in the bias trap.

You have to pair AI tools to generate and filter value and provide guidance how they are doing that.
