Seeing coworkers run my rendering work through AI to “show how it’s more efficient” really hurts

I don’t do my work to be efficient. I do it because I ENJOY it. I don’t wanna turn my Viz work into a prompt exercise and sit for 8 hours a day writing thousands of prompts.. I wanna actually CREATE.
