They're so cute!

Cactus' oc, Rin Kazashi [red hair] and my oc, Kota Shisaku [brunette] standing next to each other. Both of them looking stern/unamused, they are both members of the OWD [Outerworld Division]. They are quite similar in their worldly views but their formalities differ. Rin is 4 inches taller than Kota which he might be a bit conscious of.
