Still need to go back to this one. @bastetthecat.bsky.social also always gets FP sickness every time, so we cut gaming together mostly to 2d games.

US President Donald Trump was just awarded the newly created “FIFA Peace Prize.”

But his administration’s appalling human rights record certainly does not display “exceptional actions for peace and unity.”

papiris (@papiris@hachyderm.io) Petition in Germany to recognize unpaid contribution to free and open source software projects as 'society-beneficial volunteering' (ehrenamt)! This will give volunteering for e.g. @postmarketOS@tree...

@techaltar.bsky.social Hey just thinking you could give a shout out to: hachyderm.io/@papiris/115.... You have to be a German citizen for that but it might be a good one to spread.

Dead of Night : One Shot | Lights, Camera, Murder! | Actual Play YouTube video by Unconventional GMs

Horror is on the menu tonight, with guest GM Scott Dorward taking us through Dead of Night by Andrew Kenrick - who is also a guest player! Tasha from idearoll joins us too, for a stellar cast of hapless actors on the world stage... or are we?

You can make fair dice from any shape you like Want to roll an armadillo when you play Dungeons & Dragons, instead of standard dice? Now you can, thanks to a technique for mapping the probabilities produced by any shape

HUGE news for TTRPG players - researchers have developed a technique to make anything into fair dice. What's more, you can make exotic combinations like a single die that rolls the equivalent of 2d6. I would love a honking great 8d6 for D&D fireball damage... www.newscientist.com/article/2482...

An interesting thought. I only went so far that it would create room for a job named tv-barber... But yes, probably it would

That sounds amazing. While I was telling this to my partner I had the idea that there was also a refrigerator that was fleshy on the inside and had arms and a toilet seat with a large tongue but this has been done i guess.

I dreamt tonight that there was a television set that had short translucent hairs instead of a screen and you had to cut the hair once in a while.
I should make a scenario around this...

I am happy to have played it even though it meant not being able to sign up for the same game run by lovely mr spike at chaosium-con.

This was my first experience with 11-13 which was highly enjoyable even though we had no clue how to play. I still have the character sheet for my first character and I can confirm that I was a filthy power builder....

Yeah, I have to throw the Kickstarter app from my phone again. It's a massive money sink.

Also somehow someone seems to know when i am on vacation and plot to deliver packages specifically when i am not home for an extended period.

If you want to replace old, crunchy systems with it try some shadowrun in questworlds 😛. (To be fair i still have to check out the new rules. My knowledge is still V2, maybe they cut down the crunch)

Hey, I gm multiple campaigns for my home group and try to always get new people to experience different games. Mostly call of cthulhu but also other stuff. I am in the phase of publishing my first scenario and you might find me running games in conventions.
