I really enjoy how well you've given the illusion of volume & flesh sliding over bone (like how the brows stick out the head in the B pose !).

Motivation isn't something you make, it's something that comes to you. You just can't force yourself into being motivated.
On top of that, improving at a craft is not a linear process ! You might learn useful tricks that turn out to suck with hindsight. Those concerns are normal. You're fine !
