I mean just in the past few years, all of the long-running series I've watched were all met with extremely negative reactions to their endings. Stranger Things, Attack on Titan, My Hero Academia, etc. Not to say every ending is perfect, but I really think people just have insane expectations.

Another random thing I personally think is part of it is that Game of Thrones REALLY changed how people view media. I love GoT, but it feels like everyone wants every character in EVERY series to die now, and GoT's ending was so divisive that people now act the same way over every series' ending.

I don't think I've seen a single piece of long-form media in the past decade that the majority of people liked the ending to, except maybe Better Call Saul. People get way too obsessed with their own headcanons and how they want stories to end, that anything different is disappointing to them.

A new update is available for the #BiomesOPlenty Add-On!

- New biomes: Subtropics (Replacing the Grassland), Origin Valley, Wintry Origin Valley, Dune Beach, and Gravel Beach!
- Villages now generate in their respective BOP biomes!
- Loads of bugfixes, QoL, and optimizations!

ICYMI, the release date for the Bedrock version of #BiomesOPlenty has been announced! It will be releasing on the Minecraft Marketplace on February 3rd, 2026, at a price of 1340 Minecoins.

Also been on the camo grind and just got done with all the Bloodstone camos + got my first Doomsteel camo done.

Gotta say, Black Ops 7 Zombies is way better than I was expecting. I checked out pretty early on with BO6 Zombies cause it didn't really feel interesting to me (Terminus was decent though), but this game and the first map (Ashes of the Damned) have been more fun than anything they've done since BO3.

I would use GitHub for our mod page assets, but it tends to temporarily prevent the images from loading due to too much traffic. Not sure of any better hosting site, and the vast majority of other popular mods seem to use imgur for their pages as well. I imagine it'll be resolved soon enough though

Vibrant Visuals in Minecraft is really great in the Overworld, but it's very disappointing in the Nether. I feel like they could've at least had global lighting cast upward to symbolize light coming from the lava lakes or whatever, which would [probably] look better than no shadows at all.
