Wowsers, that's a whole other level of hideousness.
I ADORE mud. Apparently I even used to 'wash' my hair in the stuff π€£π€£
My favourite Outdoors Thinking ingredient is mud and I was delighted to receive this feedback after delivering a mud play workshop today. @mennagodfrey.bsky.social @terrinaturenurture.bsky.social

Delighted to have had this chat with the lovely Carol. We discuss values led leadership, our philosophies at Mucky Boots, Upstart Scotland, SOLA and much more. An hour long and we only just scratched the surface, could have chatted for hours more!

I am totally with you on that. At the Scottish Outdoor Learning Association, we're working on just that!
It's been really great to see so many families able to defer and give their children a bonus year without having to battle for it!
Thank you for your support! As a fellow ASN parent and an experienced early years, primary and ASN family I truly believe we need to give all our children more time to explore and play.
I'm delighted to be co-hosting this CPD session with my good friend and colleague, Terri Harrison from the Nature Nurture project. Understanding how our brains and bodies work together to lay foundations for and help us to find the gaps in children's mathematical learning.
Never become a leader to lead. Become a leader to create change, to solve problems, to improve lives, to develop people, to create positive impact, to challenge inequalities, to fight against injustice, to upset the status quo. But never just to lead.
Brilliant starter pack, thank you!
As Mark said, hopefully this review of the technical model will help us to revisit these aspects fully.

Our Upstart Scotland President Sue Palmer and Chair, Willie French discuss our campaign for a play and relationships based kindergarten stage for young children in Scotland. If you have ever wondered why this is important for our children and society, please give this a read!
I felt there was more pressure coming from the teachers in the room about moderation but perhaps I've misremembered? I'll keep my ears and eyes open for this on Thursday.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the names of our Scottish gritters. You can track them at @traffic.gov.scot.web.brid.gy
Yes I completely agree, it's about how we interpret the words and communicate this with the coachee. It's so important to have this clarity and also difficult to define this succinctly in a graphic.
I love this! Although, slightly uncomfortable about the no 'distractions'. For a neurodiverse brain like mine, fidgeting in some way- usually playing solitaire in online meetings and moving in person, helps me to listen more deeply and for longer.
