I'm delighted to be co-hosting this CPD session with my good friend and colleague, Terri Harrison from the Nature Nurture project. Understanding how our brains and bodies work together to lay foundations for and help us to find the gaps in children's mathematical learning.

Never become a leader to lead. Become a leader to create change, to solve problems, to improve lives, to develop people, to create positive impact, to challenge inequalities, to fight against injustice, to upset the status quo. But never just to lead.

Yes I completely agree, it's about how we interpret the words and communicate this with the coachee. It's so important to have this clarity and also difficult to define this succinctly in a graphic.

I love this! Although, slightly uncomfortable about the no 'distractions'. For a neurodiverse brain like mine, fidgeting in some way- usually playing solitaire in online meetings and moving in person, helps me to listen more deeply and for longer.
