We need to drastically change the way we talk about mental health in a post-covid world filled with brain injuries.
We need to talk about it and we need to take it seriously. Covid causes brain damage and brain damage causes serious mental health issues.
I wish this wasn’t true, and I wish we weren’t doing this again. I’ve sent this to everyone I know. It won’t make a difference but I’m not going to stop because I don’t want to see people end up like me.
