While I would very much like the compact to function, I think youâd need an act of congress to survive scrutiny. Many of the entrances into it predicate the stateâs participation on the participation of other states. So the conceit of it not being a true agreement likely wouldnât hold water.

I enjoyed the movie a lot but I feel like they could have cut everything before Lockjaw goes to the hotel to meet those guys. Tonally it felt like a totally different film and they end up re-stating everything that happens during that portion anyhow. But very happy to have seen in theaters!
