After several days of no phone service due to storms on the Sunshine Coast, I just got a text message from Telstra saying service should be back but to ring them if it’s still a problem. So if it was a problem, how would I have got the message with the number to call and how would I make the call?
Wish I was Andrew Bolt. NBN tech put a modem in 3+ weeks ago but said their conduit was blocked so he couldn’t connect fibre. Apparently it would be sorted in a couple of days. Still nothing. Sick of companies that rely on AI or off shore call centres to handle their support. Dealing with Latitude Financial has become impossible. The call centre couldn’t answer my query so referred me to an email address, the reply from that, obviously AI monitored address, was “contact the call centre”.
