Another month of #sobriety in the books. I’m still struggling to reconcile it as a good thing. All things considered I know it is, but my brain is telling me it isn’t and I lost instead of won the battle.

Are we ever comfortable with our sober lives? I’m not and a friend suggested I join this group for sober support, before I go it alone and fall into the familiar trap…
