Use a paper bowl.

I find the ink cartridges take more ink than the converters do. And I use syringes all the time now.

Fine nib to a Medium nib, then my Kakuna just took off. Not much of an ink issue so far, also a lefty. But looking into a quicker drying ink down the road. Good luck on your search

Fear of speaking in a language class is natural. It takes time to master non-English sounds as well as tuning your ears to what is being said. A lot of initial practice pays off later when you can concentrate on newer sounds. Keep going !!
