If there is a lot of empathy, even folks with a lot of power will realize even those distantly connected can bring benefit to the rest. But without empathy the "leadership" will take all the credit (even in their own minds) and often crash the whole mess. (3-1)

At one extreme, the effort is a democracy, and the organizer can only do what the rest will support. At the other the king can steal all the benefits, and send the costs to others, to the limits of the enterprise survival.

In the end, things are very simple. It is about Empathy. There is amost nothing one person can accomplish without the efforts of others.
To accomplish the goal one person has to organize who does what and what is their benefit. A plain job but it has power ! (1-1)

I can't say how much I hope Jasmine Crockett defeats James talirico in the election. I think she is the real deal, a very genuine defender of democracy. People like her offer the greatest hope that the US will not slide further into fascism.
