I miss life in 2015 when all I had to worry about were the suicidal voices in my head. The good old days.

If Venezuela wins tonight, they get to kidnap him.
I cannot wait for the ABS system. Is that pitch being called a ball the reason the DR lost? Absolutely not. But horrible way to end a great game. Shameful.
A World Baseball Classic finals with the DR and Venezuela would be peak atmosphere, but I also crave the irony of Venezuela taking down the US.
Either way, I love baseball, and the WBC has been incredible.
Looking forward to after the war when MAGA brags about Trump lowering gas prices by 75 cents after his illegal war actions caused the gas to go up by over a dollar.

For somebody who is “for the working class”, Trump sure loves to mass fire people.
Imagine using the death of your spouse as a launching pad for your political career. Pretty weird if you ask me.
Trump wants desperately to use Charlie Kirk’s death as his Reichstag Fire.
I’m starting to think Rock Bottom is actually an endless void…because this nation hits a new Rock Bottom every 30 or 40 minutes.
Conservatives want to be moderate so badly. They want to claim open-mindedness. This is why they use insane images like this. “I’m not far right, you’re just sooo far left it makes me look far right. But really, I’m normal. I’m in the middle. I have common sense.” Yada yada.
And if you need a reminder, Matthew 7:15-16:
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them.
If your church is attempting to spin this as an attack on the church (when it is in fact an attack by an even more far-right, more ‘Christian’ group), then you are at the wrong church.
If your church today mentioned Charlie Kirk as some great Christian man, then I some news for you: you’re at the wrong church. If your church has decided this is the time to speak up against gun violence, and not all the school shootings before it, then you’re at the wrong church.
On January 23, I wrote a modernized version of Martin Niemoller’s First They Came. As a result, I was called delusional, a fear monger, a psychotic liberal, etc. It’s been less than 8 months. How do we think it’s aged? #poetry #politicalart #abolishice
Bechdel test joke on Love Island was top tear. Iain Sterling is my favorite character on the show.
And worse of all is that I—a 32-year-old married man—am so furious about it.
The only thing impressive about Love Island this season is the way they manage to make every episode worse than the one before it. Today’s episode just showed, again, that these players are all just scheming for the prize money, not to find love.
Did our president just tell us we’re at war through a post on his own social media platform? What a joke.
It Was Just Another Day in America is a dystopian short story about a single school day for a young boy named Jasper. Before school, his mother dresses him in a bulletproof vest. As she watches him go, she can only pray that he makes it home safe.

The number of MAGA bots that I’ve been seeing lately on social media is very concerning. I wonder how much the average person is aware of this astroturfing being implemented.
What slogans are we rocking for tomorrows #NoKings?? I’m thinking something like “Country Over Party” or “Our Forefathers Fought a King, Today We Continue Their Fight”….but it feels too long. Thoughts?
I published this book nearly a year ago. And in just that year, the realities within this book have leaped closer at a horrifying rate. #politicalart #readingispolitical #booksarepolitical #bookrecommendations #indieauthor #blackmirror #fahrenheit451 #america
After the war, he wrote his poem. He wrote it to help future people from repeating his mistakes. Unfortunately, it seems, it fell on deaf ears. Hopefully my rewriting can help to spark the conversation, once more.
For those unfamiliar, Niemoller was initially a supporter of mustache man, thinking he would defend his rights as a Christian. However, by the time he rose up to speak against him, it was too late—there was nobody there to speak up for him. He was then taken to a camp himself.
With everything happening right now in LA with the ICE raids, the protests, and the sending of National Gaurds, this poem that I wrote just days after Pumpkin Spice’s inauguration feels like it needs another posting. It is a revisting of Martin Niemoller’s prolific poem “First They Came.”
Language has been co-opted in the exact way Orwell warned us against, but so many refuse to see it.
The biggest danger in modern society is the way terms like “fake news”, “propaganda”, “cope”, “do your own research”, and so on have become acceptable ways of ignoring all evidence against your worldview without even an inkling of critical thought.
Protect the Children, a poem about lies, hypocrisy, and the false morality of an entire political movement.
I genuinely don’t understand how there are people out there, walking around, and they are not even a little bit depressed. Like…how?
