This is a great ethical move by the State of Washington. It is to be commended for standing up for human rights. The State is an exemplar to all other states that understand and are in solidarity that such egregious acts will not be tolerated. RIP Rachel Corrie.

Out of 8.5 million Virginians, 5,976,125 are registered to vote. Elections other than gubernatorial and presidential are notoriously poorly represented in number of votes. That's universal, not just in Virginia. I agree that ALL registered voters should vote in ALL elections that pertain to them.
