A2) It's actually something I remind them of often. I give scenarios. In the early days it was "you won a free iPad". But I think typing ex out and showing them and explaining. Talking about using their skills to question everything. #eduskychat

I am a huge fan of your work and mindset! I enjoyed your first book. This answer inspires me but is also unrealistic too at times. I struggle with this as sometimes the path is very confusing and requires a lot to keep going when there's no feedback.
