I should probably give an update but I finishes the Throne of Glass series after thinking I’d quit after the first book. I’m so glad I kept going because it was magnificent. It altered my brain for a bit as well because I had a string of dnfs afterwards.

What is this witchery? I am now in the middle of book 3 of the Throne of Glass series after nearly dismissing the entire thing after book 1. I commend those who pushed me to start book 2 but I slipped down the rabbit hole before I even realized it lol

I decided to go one more book. Book 2 of acotar was my favorite so I can push a little further on

I just finished Throne of Glass by SJM. I loved the ACOTAR series but I don’t think I’m continuing this series. I think if I had read in when I was younger, it may have caught my attention more but alas my elder years just couldn’t connect to it.

Not only did I drop a door on my big toe today but I also pulled an intercostal muscle which has been extremely painful while I do anything that requires breathing.

I must be up at 5am to let them out for potty. We go to bed around 9pm so I guess they do time me for exactly 8 hours of sleep. The oldest will even bark if I try to sleep in a bit

I went the entire day today without phone or internet service and it was really eye opening how much I rely on it not just for entertainment but work and family as well. I know people complain about it all the time but damn if it don’t make life exponentially easier.

I’ve been having dreams of thunderbirds lately and just happened to stop at a truck stop with a native jewelry shop next to it in New Mexico. I just had my second book list rejected by AODA. the 1st was 3 years ago and was a blanket rejection, this time at least they went book by book 6 pass/3 fail. I think I’ll stick to OBOD and IOW. #druidsky #druidry
