Definitely the most wholesome, family-oriented team I’ve seen at VCU in a good while.

Just the fun stuff from yesterday
VCU splitting the Atlantic 10 regular season title while in at-large contention is not something I would’ve predicted at the beginning of the season, but hell yeah!
I love that Bones chose to spend all star break at a VCU game, signing autographs from start to finish, and stayed after to talk. Exactly the kind of guy you want to represent the NBA.
Notice how it’s always, “the Bible must inform our laws!” until it comes to the +2,000 verses in the Bible that discuss the generous use of wealth and possessions in a way that prioritizes the needs of the poor, this sick, the stranger, the vulnerable, and the oppressed.
Choose kindness, even when it’s hard.
Haha, my wife and I had a similar experience at a resort once where we thought someone singing karaoke was goofing around. Turns out they were serious, and we were the jerks for laughing the entire way through.
Reminder that the Ram Nation forums are a very active place for ongoing VCU hoops discussion!

FINAL: Ramblers make a good game of it, but VCU comes out on top 62-55 and advance to the A10 Tournament Final game against the winner of St Joes/GMU.
Shulga finishes with a 14pt, 10reb double-double.
Mo Alie-Cox with the team today!
Some quick shots from St. Bonaventure’s win over Duquesne, they’ll face VCU tomorrow in the A-10 quarterfinals

Anything fun to do in DC near Capital One Arena during the Atlantic 10 tournament this week?
Just discovered Saigon Supersound, vintage western pop inspired Vietnamese music, it's just TOO GOOD to not share:

If Russia wants peace, they should end the invasion.
FROM SHAMS:
After converting Jaylen Clark, the Minnesota Timberwolves plan to sign free agent guard Bones Hyland to a two-way NBA deal, agent Austin Walton told ESPN. Hyland will be reunited with Wolves president Tim Connelly, who drafted him in Denver where he was a two-time Rising Star.
Tonight's a big one, it won't be an easy game for VCU in Foggy Bottom, GW beat SLU there and Dayton by 20. www.espn.com/mens-college...
Rams overwhelm the Flyers late on #FridA10, forcing 5 straight turnovers, & dominating the glass as VCU reignities its at-large hopes 🐏📈
Patriots perfect yet again this week, as George Mason wins its 9th-straight atop the A10 MBB Power Rankings.

Luka donating a half mill to wildfire relief days after landing in Los Angeles is pretty damn cool
There are delays because of developer financing, they want to use private funding instead of taxpayer dollars 👍 as a Henrico citizen, I’m down with that
yooooooo
this haptic display absolutely rocks. basketball is for everyone.
Big move for Bones! Excited to have him on the east coast and an opportunity for more playing time.
Some favorites from tonight
Love this and her acceptance speech was something I’ve never seen done at the Grammys. It’s a struggle to make a living in the music industry.
Geez that story was nuts.
