I usually just grab store brand Greek yogurt because I’m not super picky. Today they were out so I picked the next cheapest kind which happened to be Cabot. It’s the thickest Greek yogurt I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s within an inch of cream cheese/butter.

I’ve had red beans stewing on the stove all afternoon and it smells soooooo good in here.

Curious- which side of the stove is your counter prep area? My favorite burner is the bottom right but I wonder if that’s more because I prep to the right of my stove. Also my bottom left burner runs really hot.
