there's nuance of course. there might still be copyrightable things human authors wrote even if claude is now fully responsible for changes. or humans might be making copyrightable, expressive decisions still so there is an iota of copyrightability. we can't really know if it's public domain or not

if you believe the claim that claude writes its own code, then it's not copyrightable so the DMCA notices are fraudulent
