I saw this yesterday. I don’t even think the thumbnail image is contained in the video. It seems that somebody at CBC saw a direct connection between cold weather and cycling.

This reminds me of my one bus trip from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu 30 years ago. It was the only time I’d been on a bus that seemed to pass every car on the road, and even got pulled over and ticketed by the police at one point.
